General Cancellation Terms

The effective cancellation time is based on the date and time we receive your written request or when the cancellation is processed online, relative to your scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM local time).
Specific Cancellation Windows and Penalties
Penalties depend entirely on when you cancel your reservation relative to your scheduled arrival date:

Refund Process & Timelines
If you are eligible for a refund according to the table above, the following applies:
- Payment Method: All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the booking (e.g., the same credit card or bank account).
- Processing Time: Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team, we initiate the refund immediately. However, the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Typically takes 7 to 14 business days.
- Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS/UPI): Typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
- Third-Party Booking Agents: If you booked via an external website (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Expedia), you must cancel through them directly and are subject to their specific refund policies. We cannot process refunds for bookings made outside of our official website.
Exceptions and Force Majeure
The standard policy above applies in most situations. We reserve the right to amend or waive this policy only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Government-mandated travel bans or lockdowns declared after your booking was confirmed.
- Major natural disasters severely impacting travel to our location.
Proof of extraordinary circumstances may be required at the hotel’s discretion.
Non-Refundable Rates
Please be aware that special promotions, discounted rates, and bookings made during peak season or specific event periods may be explicitly marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase. Bookings made under these specific terms are not eligible for any refunds, regardless of the cancellation window.
