- Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon an advance payment and hotel’s acceptance and the issuance of a confirmation number or email.
- Pricing & Taxes: Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of booking will generally be honored.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods (credit card, debit card, UPI.) and Minimum 30% of booking value is required as advance during booking and 100% Payment on or before Check-in.
- Age Restriction: 21 is the minimum age requirement for the primary guest making the reservation.
- Timings: Standard check-in time is (12:00 PM) and check-out time is (11:00 AM).
- Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Note that these are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Identification: It is mandatory for guests to produce a valid government-approved photo ID upon check-in. For Indian nationals, this could be a Passport, Aadhaar Card, or Driver’s License; PAN cards are not accepted as sole ID proof.
- Cancellation Policy: Specific cancellation windows and associated penalties (Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival, one night’s charge for cancellations within 48 hours and 100% Cancellation charge for cancellations under 36 Hours).
- No-Shows: 100% Cancellation charges for any no-shows.
- Refund Process: Specify the timeframe and method for processing refunds, noting it may take several business days (e.g., 10-15 business days).
- Prohibited Activities: List activities not allowed in the hotel premises, such as:
- Smoking in non-smoking area inside the rooms and if found there will be a penalty of Rs.5000/-.
- Bringing outside food and beverages are permitted except Yercaud.
- Bringing pets is allowed with additional charges.
- Hosting parties or gatherings in the rooms are allowed post getting approved from front desk.
- Gambling, illegal acts, or any behavior that disturbs other guests are strictly prohibited and will be reported to police.
- Causing damage to hotel property is chargeable.
- Right to Refuse Service: The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in or evict guests due to inappropriate behavior, security reasons, or failure to observe hotel instructions.
- Guest Belongings: Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings or vehicles.
- Force Majeure: Hotel is not liable for failure to comply with conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government regulations).
